The team at LongoLines is committed to providing you with expertly crafted, artisan designed products. Designer Stef Longo, inspired by the great architects and furniture designers throughout history, combines beautiful woods and exotic veneers with sultry line to encase the most functional jewelry storage systems ever. She strives to create pieces that not only function, but add a touch of
beauty and art to your home

 Her business partner, Roe Carangi lends her love of art, her practicality, & her business expertise to the company, always focusing on how to better serve the customer. Together, they approach each new design with the same goal; each piece must be unique, it must serve a purpose, it must be of superior quality, and it must be  reasonable priced.

 Last October they were thrilled when Real Simple Magazine selected the Milano Armoire as the “Best Large Jewelry Box” on the market and they are proud to say it continues to be one of LongoLines best sellers.  Similar jewelry boxes handcrafted by American wood workers can be found in high-end boutiques and galleries but usually cost $1,000-$2500.  We are proud to be able to offer our products at prices people can afford. Currently, our products are being requested for inclusion into the gift baskets given to celebrities at the music, television and film industry's nationally televised awards shows. Our list of celebrity customers and fans are growing daily.

Hand Painted & Hand Crafted Maple Details

Materials - Wood

We have chosen materials for durability and maintainability.  Maple, maple veneer and composite panels best execute our fresh, clean designs.  These materials optimize our pieces for environments where significant changes in humidity can cause shrinkage and swelling problems. 

Paint, Artwork & Colors

Our hand painted products are painted over either hand rubbed or sprayed lacquer finish.  An exceptionally scratch resistant clear coat that requires little or no maintenance is applied prior to the application of the artwork, and also over the artwork itself, leaving each piece with a deep satin sheen and silky feel.  If you keep from grinding objects into the surface, avoid chemical spills and splashing water, the finish will last a lifetime.  No two of our hand painted pieces are alike.

With our fresh, bold, spirited colors, you’ll find the perfect look for your settings.

Hand-crafted

Our hand-crafted pieces are made by skilled craftsman who are proud of their work.  We use only the highest quality woods and wood veneers and each piece has a beautiful clear coat protective finish that is smooth to the touch. Due to the variations in all natural wood, each piece has it's own distinctive graining, and no two are exactly the same.

Teen Armoires

The Teen Armoires offer the same quality craftsmanship as our higher end lines. Crafted in the highest quality composite MDF, they have a durable hard lacquered finish.

Silk-Screened Artwork

Crisp, vibrant and clean silk-screened artwork finishes off our “wood finish” pieces and our “teen armoires”. 

Micro Fiber Suede

Our vivid faux suede offers the rich look and feel of suede without the high cost.  If you’ve chosen one of our items with micro fiber suede, you will not be disappointed.

Shipping Policies

Policies

Jewelry Box Connection ships all in-stock orders received Sunday through Friday within 24 hours of receipt of order.  Orders placed Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.  In the event of out of stock inventory, you will be notified by email of the approximate ship date.

Please Note: Our web store program can only calculate shipping on individual items: When multiple pieces are ordered, we will try to consolidate the shipment into as few cartons as possible. (Especially the smaller items). We will then reweigh the package and manually deduct the multiple shipping charges. You will be charged only the actual S & H charges for the repacked pieces and will be notified via email of your savings. Due to the weight of our larger solid wood pieces, they are individually packed in prefabricated molded foam and can not be safely shipped in consolidated packaging. They will ship individually.

Shipping Rates: Continental USA

Shipping Rates - Hawaii, Alaska & International

Hawaiian, Alaskan, & International Shipping Rates will not show on your order, but will be calculated manually following our receipt of your order. You will receive an email from us notifying you of the charges, and we will wait for your approval of the rates prior to charging your credit card and shipping your order.

*** International Customs Duties & Charges: Any additional customs fees or duties charged  by a customer's country of residence on an item shipped to the customer by LongoLines are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any unpaid duties to the customer's country of residence will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Damage

Please notify us immediately if your items were damaged in shipment by calling us at 800.686.3818 or email us at CustServ@LongoLines.com  We will make arrangements for return shipping and for a new product to be shipped to you.  Please return original box and all packaging materials.

Your purchases are insured upon shipment for your protection.  All damaged returns must be in the original packaging for insurance coverage.  Please retain all packaging material.  Return shipping will be paid by LongoLines and a new product will be sent to you upon receipt of damaged product to LongoLines.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of solid wood and hand painted items, no two jewelry boxes are exactly the same.  Variations in the designs and wood graining are the beauty of our products.  Each piece is unique.  You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt if you are not totally satisfied. Please note: There is a $15 restocking fee on all "Closeout" returns, however no restocking fee on regular priced items.

Please notify us at the time of order if you need a return date extension on any gift purchases made throughout the year. We will be happy to accommodate you. Please type in request in the "notes" section of your order form or call us.
